Job Purpose
To provide recruitment operations, products and services to US Operations and be responsible for the successful delivering of TAS programs/policies to the local organization.
About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
- Ensure the operational conversion of the TAS strategic goals within a dedicated client group.
- Coordinate and support the efficient implementation of recruitment strategies, processes and services to the local organization (i.e: recruitment branding program, D&I recruitment initiatives, online recruitment, talent mapping and external talent pipeline management).
- Facilitate best practice TAS process within the assigned function (sourcing, selection, hiring) and recommending process improvement as needed.
- Identify innovative ways of candidate sourcing and develop and implement new recruitment/ assessment tools based on market research. Demonstrated strong client understanding and results turn around proficiency.
- Provide recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of Recruitment including organizational Resourcing needs analysis, Recruitment market trends analysis, candidate selection, vendor management, analysis of Recruitment metrics, and/or other Recruitment services.
- Establish close relationships with leading executive search agencies at a global level to get firsthand access to top candidates.
- Support / participate in budget planning discussions, SLA process.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Science, Human Resources, or Psychology discipline preferred.
- At minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in agency/consulting and/or in-house recruitment environment and at minimum 2+ years directly supporting pharmaceutical or biotech Operations and Quality.
- Experience in full life-cycle recruitment using Workday.
- Understanding and demonstrated capability to source passive candidates via niche websites, social media, ATS etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding organization culture and ability to establish relationships both externally and internally. Prefer previous Novartis TABP experience.
- Self-directed, detail oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute. High energy, driven, articulate and friendly personality with a customer- service mindset.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $93,800 to $174,200 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
